- 2 sprays cooking spray
- 6 oz 93% lean ground beef
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 3/4 cup canned diced tomatoes
- chipotle in adobo
- 2/3 cup canned refried beans
- 1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar or queso blanco
- 1/2 cup minced scallions
- 2 jalepeno peppers, finely minced.
cook beef, combine with tomato sauce and chipotle. cover chips with all ingredients, broil till browned.
