Chicken Gumbo

8 Pointsplus points per serving, 4 servings. 1.5 cups per serving

  • 16 oz frozen gumbo style vegetables (okra, pepper, onion)
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 29 oz diced tomatoes with mild chilies
  • 3 cups cubed roasted skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning

Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Add vegetables and saute over high heat, stirring frequently till hot. 6 minutes.
