Dwaeji Bulgogi

  • 14 oz pork shoulder, thinly sliced ([[http://i.imgur.com/nRABx.jpg like this]])
  • 3 Tbsp korean red pepper powder (american red pepper flakes or cayanne pepper powder are not suitable,korean red pepper powder has a different flavor and is much more mild)
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp mirin
  • pinch of black pepper

Combine all ingredients except the pork and mix well. Add the pork and mix till coated. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes and stir fry on high heat.
