- cook and season 2 lbs chicken with whatever
- cut up the chicken, pull it apart
- add 1 can green chilis
- 1 grilled onion
- 1-2 cups of cheese
- put above in tortillas
- place tortillas in caserole dish
- smother in a sauce of
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 tub of sour cream
- 15 ounce cans, 1 lb cream
cook @ 350 for 45-60 minutes
