Gordon's Enchiladas

  1. cook and season 2 lbs chicken with whatever
  2. cut up the chicken, pull it apart
  3. add 1 can green chilis
  4. 1 grilled onion
  5. 1-2 cups of cheese
  6. put above in tortillas
  7. place tortillas in caserole dish
  8. smother in a sauce of
    1. 1 can cream of chicken soup
    2. 1 can green enchilada sauce
    3. 1 tub of sour cream
    4. 15 ounce cans, 1 lb cream

cook @ 350 for 45-60 minutes
