- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 chopped big garden tomato
- 2-3 cloves garlic (to taste)
- 2-3 tbsp lime juice (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (to taste)
- dash of salt
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- Half and core avocados. Slice into cubes and scoop out of shell.
- Mash avocados and when mashed, add in lime juice.
- Add in garlic, tomatoes, and onion. Mix well.
- Add in chili powder and dash of salt to taste.
- Mix in chopped cilantro.
- Serves 2-4 (makes roughly 2 cups of dip)
