- 3/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup (only need as much to bind and reach a strong goopy consistency) Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (to taste, can add more) Lemon
- 1 tsp Dill weed
- Pepper to taste
- 4 pieces of flounder
- Mix in bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in bowl. Add mayonnaise until reaches consistency of chicken salad. Stir in lemon and pepper to taste.
- On a cooking sheet, coat evenly with cooking spray and place flounder pieces. Broil for 2 minutes on each side.
- Place mayonnaise mixture on top of flounder and broil until browned.
