Rigatoni with Sausage

  • 1.5 lb sweet italian sausage
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp peperoncino
  • 6 cups canned plum tomatoes, whole and crushed by hand
  • 1 branch basil
  • 1 lb rigatoni

cook sausage in skillet, add onions and garlic, deglaze pan with wine, add plum tomatoes, stew for 10-15 minutes, ad basil.
