- 1.5 lb sweet italian sausage
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp peperoncino
- 6 cups canned plum tomatoes, whole and crushed by hand
- 1 branch basil
- 1 lb rigatoni
cook sausage in skillet, add onions and garlic, deglaze pan with wine, add plum tomatoes, stew for 10-15 minutes, ad basil.
