- 1 lb. shrimp
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp lemon
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- pepper, to taste
- Cook the angel hair pasta as according to the package.
- Peel and devein shrimp
- Melt butter in skillet. When melted, add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook for about 3 minutes, until the shrimp turns pink, but not fully cooked.
- Add white wine and let shrimp simmer and finish cooking fully in butter/wine mixture.
- Stir in green onions, let the mixture warm while the green onion gets incorporated.
- In a big bowl, add the angel hair pasta and butter/wine/shrimp mixture. Toss until fully coated.
- Splash with lemon juice and coat with Parmesan cheese and pepper.
