- 1 8 oz. package of vegetable stir-fry
- 1 egg
- Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- Heat peanut oil in skillet. Add vegetables.
- Stir-fry until almost done. In a separate bowl, crack the egg and whisk quickly.
- Pour egg over whole pan, coating most of the vegetables.
- Add splashes of soy sauce to taste.
- Continue cooking until egg is cooked and vegetables are stir-fried to desired texture.
