Stir-fried Vegetables

  • 1 8 oz. package of vegetable stir-fry
  • 1 egg
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  1. Heat peanut oil in skillet. Add vegetables.
  2. Stir-fry until almost done. In a separate bowl, crack the egg and whisk quickly.
  3. Pour egg over whole pan, coating most of the vegetables.
  4. Add splashes of soy sauce to taste.
  5. Continue cooking until egg is cooked and vegetables are stir-fried to desired texture.
