- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 box cornbread stuffing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Season chicken breasts with salt/pepper and cook fully (saute or grill)
- Make cornbread stuffing following box instructions.
- In small square glass dish, layer fully cooked chicken, 1/2 can of mushroom soup, cheese, stuffing, and rest of mushroom soup.
- Cook in oven at 350 F until top is browned.
