Stuffing topped chicken casserole

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 box cornbread stuffing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  1. Season chicken breasts with salt/pepper and cook fully (saute or grill)
  2. Make cornbread stuffing following box instructions.
  3. In small square glass dish, layer fully cooked chicken, 1/2 can of mushroom soup, cheese, stuffing, and rest of mushroom soup.
  4. Cook in oven at 350 F until top is browned.
