Teriyaki Chicken Sliders

  • 1 lb. lean ground chicken
  • 1 cup corn flakes cereal, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  2. Shape mixture into 6 patties 1/2 inch thick
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes on a hot grille
