- 1 large minced onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 30 oz canned black beans rinsed and drained
- 30 oz canned kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 30 oz canned pinto beans rinsed and drained
- 30 oz canned diced tomatoes with chilies
- 15 oz canned tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 oz chili seasoning
- 14 oz frozen corn kernels
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup minced cilantro
combine onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasoning in a slow cooker. cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6. add frozen corn during last hour of cooking. add lime and cilantro just before cooking. 1.33 cups per serving.
