* apple
* pear
* olive oil
* pepper to taste
* orange juice
* red wine vinegar
1. Cube apples and pears into small bite-sized chunks.
2. Toss cubed fruit in bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle salt/pepper and toss to coat fruit evenly.
3. Set aside, and in a separate bowl, put 1:1 ratio of orange juice and red wine vinegar. Mix until color looks even and reminiscent of grape-fruit juice.
4. Pour 1:1 mixture over apples and pears, and toss to coat evenly.
5. Put apple/pear mixture over salad greens.
